What to expect from a Really Cool Air Conditioning and Heating Technician.
CONDENSING UNITS
1. Inspecting controls.
2. Capacitors will be checked for the correct microfarad rating.
3. Contactors will be inspected for pitting, mushrooming, overheating, and buzzing.
4. Electrical connection will be checked to insure they are tightly connected to terminals, lugs, and spades.
5. Wires will be inspected for signs of overheating, melting, and missing insulation.
6. Fan blades will be inspected for cracks and other forms of damage.
7. Compressor motor and condenser motor will be observed for unusual noises at start and while operating.
8. Unit will be logged. Pressures, temperatures, amps, and volt. will be logged to insure the unit is operating at it’s designed performance level.

AIR HANDLING UNITS
1. Blower wheel inspected for dirt build up.
2. Evaporator coil inspected for dirt build up. (if access door is available, if not we can install one a small fee will be charged for the door and the installation.)
3. Blower motor amps checked.
4. Capacitor if applicable microfarads tested.
5. Drain line inspected and flushed with water. (if accessible)
