RESIDENTIAL INSPECTIONS
SERVICE AGREEMENT CONTRACT: Safety, reliability and efficiency inspection (Preventive Maintenance). $200 per system. We will check your air conditioner, furnace, heat pump or air handler each component once a year typically your heater in the fall and your condenser / air conditioning in the spring. You save $60 per system with every service agreement contract.
SPRING: Safety, reliability and efficiency inspection (Preventive Maintenance). Preformed between January 1st to May 10th $130.00. May 11th to September 30th $185.00 for each unit. We will inspect the controls, check electrical connections, test capacitors, log each unit checking motor amperage, volts, pressures and temperatures. We use this information to insure they are within the manufactures rated tolerances and inspect the condenser coil for cleanliness. if your condenser coil needs to be cleaned the price varies from $50 to $100. The added expense is based on how many panels need to be removed to properly clean the coil. These panels will need to be removed to help locate and remove the dirt, pollen, debris from the unit.
FALL: Safety, reliability and efficiency inspection (Preventive Maintenance). $130 for each unit. We will inspect blower compartments for dust and dirt build up. Heat exchangers if access panels are present, check blower motor capacitor if applicable, clean flame rod, inspect flame for rollout. We will use a carbon monoxide detector at the outlet of one or more supply air ducts to see if carbon monoxide is present.

1. CAPACITOR REPLACEMENT $160.00 TO $350.00 EACH ( 2 YEAR WARRANTY )
2. CONTACTOR REPLACEMENT $260.00 to $300.00 EACH ( 2 YEAR WARRANTY )
3. TRANSFORMER REPLACEMENT $210.00 to $325.00 EACH ( 2 YEAR WARRANTY )
4. HARD START KIT REPLACEMENT OR ADD-ON $220.00 to $300.00 EACH ( 2 YEAR WARRANTY )
5. MOST CONDENSER FAN MOTORS $375 AND UP. (1 YEAR WARRANTY) Condenser Fan Motors that are OEM motors typically start around $550.
6. CAPACITOR WITH A 5 YEAR WARRANTY $375 to $450 EACH.
7. SURGE PROTECTORS $150 TO $550 1 TO 3 YEAR WARRANTIES.
AIR HANDLING SECTION1. CAPACITOR REPLACEMENT $150.00 to $250 EACH ( 2 YEAR WARRANTY )
2. BLOWER MOTORS $ 375 AND UP. (1 YEAR WARRANTY ON MOST MOTORS)
